 Office Manager

Objectives of this Role:

  • Oversee the guest experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office, also as in outdoor activities.  Maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character
  • Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues
  • Implement established policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational flow when identified
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors
  • Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions

Key responsibilities:

  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate with participants of the trainings, and potential participants
  • Written and spoken communication with all the clients, and participants.
  • Negotiate with current and potential Czech clients
  • Provide general support to participants of trainings
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engaging personality and optimistic outlook
  • Experience developing internal systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information
